Three Ways You Can Help Israel

Ukrainian immigrants receiving aid at Ashdod Aid Center

Help supply Humanitarian Aid to Ukrainian Immigrants/Refugees:

Israel continues to be in the midst of the ingathering of Ukrainians and Russians as an outcome of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.  Most did not arrive with much. In the case of families, there are a lot of needs for each person in the family.  The containers that Israel Relief Aid brings in are helping pick up the gap of immediate aid needed to give to thousands of these immigrants.  Most of them don’t know many people here in Israel, so these free gifts are so cherished by them. Just coming into the aid center is a warm experience, as they make new friends here in their Promised Land.

The aid centers doors are open thanks to your support for these aid containers. So many also rely on this aid center network – Ethiopian immigrants, Holocaust Survivors, the unemployed, the homeless, the disabled in poverty, single-parent families, all the families in Israel that are living under the poverty line.

Israel Relie Aid Containers

Help fund humanitarian aid shipping containers to Israel:

Your donation can help fund aid containers that will bring aid to Israelis in poverty, new immigrants, Holocaust Survivors, widows, orphans, the disabled, the unemployed, single-parent families, etc. Your help in any amount will help make it happen. Each aid container of donated goods costs about $9000 to be shipped/cleared through customs and distributed in Israel! Yet each container’s contents has 10-60 times that worth of aid!

Pesach Food Distribution Volunteers

Help fund a monthly outreach event according to the season:

Every month, we have a special event, according to the season, targeting a different needy sector each time (for instance, Rosh Hashanah meal for Ukrainian immigrants, a month of food for various shelters like homeless or battered women/children, Passover foods for Holocaust Survivors, school supplies for Ethiopian Jewish children, food bags for  families living in bomb areas, blankets for the homeless/elderly in winter, etc.).
