This September, you have a unique opportunity to make a real difference and connect deeply with Israel.
The first project provides hot, nourishing meals in Beer Sheva for the elderly—including 18 Holocaust survivors who are still able to walk to these gatherings.
Others living below the poverty line also come for the warmth of community and dignity of sharing a meal together. Your support ensures they are not alone and they do not go hungry.

This project provides two meals every week through the entire month of September — the special month of Rosh HaShanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot. For someone who lives alone, these holiday meals can be especially lonely. Having a warm, nourishing meal and a group of people to share these meaningful moments with can make all the difference. It means not having to face the holidays alone.
Israel Relief Aid also wants to send 3,000 ILS ($1,000) worth of food supplies to the men’s homeless shelter and the battered women’s and children’s shelter in Beer Sheva. This will help ensure that vulnerable men, women, and children have decent, nourishing meals throughout the entire month of September, including Rosh HaShanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot.
