Emergency Aid Containers Update

16 aid containers unloaded October-May, distributed to evacuees and immigrants
–1 aid container from Netherlands—on the water to Israel
–2 aid containers from the US and Hong Kong are in the loading process

Containers

Israel Relief Aid continues to receive precious shipping containers of humanitarian aid from Europe, and distributes it in Israel.

Israelis living under the poverty line, including evacuees, are so very grateful for the items inside, like new shoes and new clothes.  They are comforted to know that people care about them.

Thank you to those that have helped toward these huge containers.  It really makes a difference.

Your financial help at this time will help to bring huge loads into Israel to meet the need.

Displaced and Evacuated Families

Bombing in the north continues to be heavy.  The evacuees must stay away from the north, away from their homes and livelihoods in order to be safe.

Food Supplies

Israel Relief Aid supplies requested food supplies to evacuated families in Migdal by the Sea of Galilee twice monthly.  This time they asked for tuna, cooking oil and coffee. They greatly appreciate this help with needed items!

May Project:  Supply Gift Cards for Lone Soldiers

LONE SOLDIER SUPPORT 2

For lone soldiers with no family in Israel, basic personal supplies are near non-existent.

Israel Relief Aid would like to single out these lone soldiers, who are living under the poverty line in shelters, to receive gift cards to their local supply shop to get personal supplies that they need.

These cards will allow them to get supplies like socks, T shirts, hygiene supplies, flashlights, helpful tools, etc.

This will bring much joy to their hard lives and give them a feeling that someone cares about what they’re going through.
