Yesterday, a 40-foot aid container came into Israel full of clothing and new Nike shoes!
In just four days, two important Israeli holidays will arrive: Erev Yom HaZikaron, the day of national remembrance in Israel to commemorate all the soldiers and people who lost their lives during the struggle to defend the State of Israel. This is quickly followed by Yom HaAtzmaut, Israel Independence Day, in which so many soldiers sacrificed their lives for Israel.
This month Israel Relief Aid’s project is gift cards for lone soldiers living under the poverty line. It will be a huge blessing for them and really lift their spirits as they will have the funds to buy some of the personal items they need while they are serving. Join in!
